Services
I provide therapy for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Sessions are available in person in Brentwood, Los Angeles and via telehealth throughout California.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can appear as constant worry, overthinking, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that your mind never fully quiets. For many people, anxiety is connected to deeper emotional patterns, unresolved experiences, or long-standing ways of responding to stress.
In therapy we work to understand both the immediate triggers of anxiety and the underlying dynamics that maintain it. Treatment may include cognitive-behavioral strategies to manage anxious thoughts, as well as deeper exploratory work to address the emotional roots of anxiety.
Over time, many clients begin to experience greater calm, clarity, and flexibility in how they respond to stress.
Depression Therapy
Depression can feel like a loss of energy, motivation, or connection to life. You may feel stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about your direction.
Therapy provides a space to understand the emotional and relational patterns that contribute to depression while also developing practical ways to regain engagement with life.
Our work may include exploring underlying experiences and patterns, strengthening emotional awareness, and developing new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Trauma & EMDR Therapy
Traumatic or overwhelming experiences can continue to affect how we think, feel, and respond long after they occur. These experiences may contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a persistent sense of emotional distress.
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a research-supported therapy that helps the brain process and integrate distressing experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional charge.
EMDR can be helpful for:
• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and panic
• Distressing memories or experiences
• Relationship difficulties connected to past events
EMDR is available both in-person in Brentwood and via telehealth throughout California.
Relationship Therapy
Many people seek therapy because they notice repeating patterns in their relationships—conflict that never seems fully resolved, difficulty trusting or feeling close to others, or feeling stuck in unsatisfying dynamics.
Individual therapy can help you better understand these patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to others. Our work often explores attachment patterns, emotional responses, and the ways earlier experiences may continue to shape current relationships.
Couples Therapy
I also work with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, or navigate periods of conflict or disconnection.
My approach to couples therapy integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based model that focuses on understanding and changing emotional and attachment patterns within relationships.
In couples therapy we work to:
• Improve communication and emotional understanding
• Identify negative cycles that create conflict or distance
• Strengthen emotional connection and security
• Develop healthier ways of responding to one another
When helpful, I may also incorporate EMDR to address past experiences that affect trust, emotional safety, or reactivity within the relationship.
Couples therapy can help partners move out of repetitive conflict patterns and develop a deeper sense of connection and understanding.
Self-Esteem & Life Transitions
Periods of transition—career changes, relationship shifts, personal growth, or questions about identity—can bring uncertainty and self-doubt.
Therapy offers a space to reflect on these changes, clarify what matters most to you, and move forward with greater confidence and direction.
Many clients find that as they understand themselves more deeply, they begin to experience a stronger sense of self and greater alignment in their lives.
